Shipping within the US
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends. They may experience delays or disruptions due to severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our their control.
(1) Standard Shipping:
- Orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster
- Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders within the contiguous U.S, regardless of the number of items shipped.
(2) Expedited Shipping:
- Orders will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster.
(3) Express Shipping:
- Express shipping offers the fastest delivery, with orders arriving within 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM CT will be processed faster.
Additional Information
- Shipping Methods: Most products are shipped via UPS Ground® Services. Smaller packages may be shipped via USPS at our discretion.
- Custom Orders: Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to process.
- Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii: Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent via expedited shipping. Standard Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not available.
- Shipping to US Territories and APO/FPO Addresses: Shipments to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses will be sent via the United States Postal Service. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from 10-30 business days.
- UPS Intercepts: Any change of address post shipment, (UPS Intercept), will incur a $15.00 USD charge per tracking number. This request must be initiated by phone at 1-800-200-4726. UPS transit time are between one to five business days, with Saturday delivery standard to most residential addresses.
- If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet signed by the intended recipient. Once this written notice is received by Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, a claim will be filed with the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.
