Q: Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged on shipments to all states except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders shipped via UPS Ground® typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of $9.95, regardless of the number of items shipped. Orders placed by 12:00PM CT will typically ship in 1-2 business days. Orders that include custom options may require an additional business day to ship. UPS Ground orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays may delayed for an additional 24-48 hours due to high order volume over the weekend.  Shipments do not go out over the weekends or on Holidays. We apologize for this inconvenience.  Please view our expedited shipping options to guarantee shipment of your stock (non-customized) order.

Q: How can I track my order once it ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Q: Do my clubs come with headcovers?

All woods and putters from Callaway Golf and Other Manufacturers are shipped with a Callaway Golf generic headcover.

  • Original Callaway Golf Headcovers

    Provided we have one in stock, you may also purchase an original model-specific headcover. These are available in various conditions ranging from Good to Very Good.
  • Other Manufacturer Equipment

    All woods from Other Manufactures will ship will a generic Callaway Golf headcover. Original headcover will not be included. It is possible that a matching headcover may be available for purchase, but because they are not required for trade items, original headcovers are not included with the purchase of non-Callaway Golf products. If you are looking for a headcover from a Other Manufacturer Equipment product, check on our Headcovers page.

Q: Can I customize my Certified Pre-Owned clubs?

Yes, we proudly offer customization options for nearly all of our Callaway clubs, as well as clubs from other manufacturers.

Q: Do my Callaway Golf Pre-Owned clubs come with a warranty?

Callaway Golf Pre-Owned warrants its golf clubs are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of purchase from CGPO. CGPO will, without charge to the customer, repair the club or any part thereof which proves to be defective during normal use within the first twelve months after the date of purchase or, at its option, replace the club with a new or refurbished club. Paint and other cosmetic finishes, subject to normal wear and tear, like ball marks or scratches on the clubhead caused by ball strikes or failure to use headcovers, are not covered by this warranty but can be repaired for a fee. Q: As an international customer, are these prices in US Dollars?

All pricing will be in US Dollars. When ordering goods from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned for delivery outside of the US, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, including UPS brokerage fees.
