Putting Callaway’s latest equipment in your bag just got more affordable. Take advantage of our TRADE IN! TRADE UP! Program and turn in your old clubs, including those from other major brands, for a credit toward the purchase of clubs like the new FT-5 Driver or X-20 Irons.
How Trade Up! Trade In! Program Works
1. Find the TRADE IN value of your clubs and add them to your shopping cart.
- Discovering the value of your Callaway Golf clubs, or clubs made by another major manufacturer, is easy. Simply view our Trade Values page. Please note: Values change on the first day of each month.
- Be sure to review our Trade Rules make sure your trade club(s) qualify.
2. Add your TRADE IN clubs to your shopping cart.
- From the Trade Values page, click on the name of the club you want to trade.
- Follow the instructions to add your TRADE IN club to your shopping cart.
- Repeat for each club you wish to trade.
3. Find the clubs you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.

4. Complete your order and send us your TRADE IN clubs.
You will receive a Trade Confirmation Number via e-mail once you have placed your order. Upon receipt of your order from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet, print this number on the box you use to send us your trade items. If you like, you can even use the box you receive from us to send us your TRADE IN!

We will issue payment for your trade in clubs within ten (10) business days of receiving your trade. We will submit payment in the same form you used to make your purchase (i.e. credit card, check).
In the event that the payment to be submitted back to you exceeds the amount charged for your purchase (due to credits, refunds, returns or for any other reason), any additional payment will be provided to you in the form of an in-store credit good toward a future purchase from Callaway Golf Pre-Owned & Outlet.
